My first blog post

Hello all you people who are reading my blog, meaning hello Serena, the only person who knows I have a blog because she pretty much created this blog for me. So I don't really know what to write about. So here's some random facts about me: I cut the edges off my pancakes so it's a square and then I eat it. And when I spread jelly on bread I spread it to the corners and make sure it's even. I deal cards like a lefty and wear my watch on my right hand like a lefty. But I'm right handed. Maybe it has something to do with me breaking my right arm in first grade and having to write with my left hand. I also learned how to do a one handed cartwheel with my left hand. I like to take up new hobbies when I have a lot of time on my hands. After I graduated college I took up family history, crocheting, guitar and probably some others which I can't remember. It seems lately I will get bored, buy a new instrument and then start to get busy so I don't have time to practice my new instrument. That's what happened with the guitar. I am currently learning the violin. Serena loves being my roommate right now because she loves to listen to me practice. Especially when I practice vibrato. :) I have been feeling busier lately and was worried that I would stop practicing my violin but I figure I should make the time for it since I do want to learn to play and I bought my own violin so I better use it. I like the violin more than the guitar since you don't get as much of a callus on your fingers from the violin as you do from the guitar. I hated to have my fingertips peeling all the time when I was learning the guitar. I also have a hard time with having to keep my fingernails shorter to play the violin. I don't like cutting my fingernails. It feels weird when I cut them and fingernails are useful sometimes so I don't like them so short I can't use them. Speaking of fingernails, I don't own any fingernail polish remover so my toenails still have fingernail polish from when my sister painted my toenails more than six months ago. So what other random boring stuff can I write? I have a slacker job right now. Half the time my boss is out of town and I just sit around and do my own stuff like chat with my friends online or type up my grandpa's daytimers or read. I've probably worked until 5:00 less than 10 times since I started working there 7 months ago. Well, that's about it for now.
